Description
On May 5, 1970, the day after the Kent State shooting, Eastern Washington State College students organized a demonstration unsuccessfully demanding the removal of the campus' ROTC program. This photograph shows an ROTC officer looking at a student during the demonstration. Unit head Colonel Andy Pribnow is near the entrance in the background wearing glasses.
