Julia Louella Anno of Mullan, Idaho attended Cheney State Normal School from 1917-1919. After graduation, she taught in Malden, Washington and married Charles Raymond Hall.
In 2018, Anno's granddaughter Anne Peterson loaned two of Anno's scrapbooks, the 1918 Kinnikinick, and the 1919 Kinnikinick for Eastern Washington University Libraries to digitize and make available online.
