Abstract
In this letter to his sister, Thomas Evans writes that his unit has been stationed in a Kentucky camp for a week. According to Evans, there are not enough tents for all the soldiers and a colonel is the temporary brigadier general for the unit. He also asks his sister to send Eli Strunks to camp.
