Obituary
Jack, 83, died September 28, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jane. Born in Ft. Sheridan, Illinois, Jack spent his life seeing the world. He was a Merchant Marine and enlisted in the Navy in his teens. In his 20s, he became a smokejumper for the Forest Service in Missoula, Montana, and from there was recruited by the CIA. Later in life he moved to Marana to work for Intermountain Aviation. He eventually retired from Evergreen Air Park in 1987. Jack jumped at Missoula 1948-51, and 54-55.
