Obituary
Bill died March 11, 1968, in Dibble, Oklahoma. He was born December 30, 1922, in Wichita, Kansas and was a member of the Methodist Church. Bill was drafted into Civilian Public Service in 1943 from Evanston, Illinois, where he was a student. He jumped at McCall during the 1945 season and got seven training and six fire jumps. Bill was discharged from CPS in June 1945 and married his wife, Phyllis, in 1946. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1960 and was a Professor of Psychology at that school.
