Dennis, 76, died December 21, 2020, in Enderlin, North Dakota. He was born February 10, 1944, in Bismark, North Dakota, and raised in Kintyre, N.D. Dennis graduated from Napoleon high school in 1962 and went on to Valley City State College graduating in 1966. He earned has his Master's degree from the University of North Dakota. Dennis taught at Valley City High School for 39 years and coached wrestling and football. He is in the Valley City HS athletic, Valley City State University athletic, and North Dakota wrestling halls of fame. He jumped at Missoula 1965-66, 70-72, 77, 79-80, and at Grangeville 1967 and 1968.
