Milford died July 20, 2003, in Henderson, Nevada. He was born March 14, 1951, in California, graduated from Berkeley High School and earned an associates degree from Alameda Community College. He worked on the Shasta/Trinity NF 1969-71 and the Redding Hotshots 1972-73. Milford jumped at Redding in 1974 and Fairbanks 1975-79.
