Obituary
Dean died May 5, 2018. He was born June 17, 1949. Dean graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in economics. He was CEO of Mid State Bank in Waterville, Washington, and active in the NSA where he was the organization's Treasurer for a number of years. He jumped at NCSB 1968-73.
