Obituary
Bryant jumped at Idaho City 1968-69 and at Boise 1970-74. He got eleven fire jumps at IDC and 37 during his years at Boise. The following information has been obtained but not verified that this is Bryant who was a smokejumper: Searchers have found the bodies of four people who had been missing on a flight from Boise, Idaho, to Ocean Shores, Washington. Authorities reported LeRoy and Vivian Bair, their daughter and her husband (Bryant) left for the coast on vacation last Wednesday. The FAA lost contact with Bair's Cessna 210 when it ran into rough weather later in the day near La Grande. Born October 6, 1947, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Died June 1, 1977, Umatilla, Oregon.
