Buster, 84, died April 25, 2023. He was born February 11, 1939. Buster was one of the original members of the crew that started the smokejumper base in Redding, California, in 1957. He jumped 1957-61, and 1965-69. Buster was living in Castle Rock, Colorado, at the time of his death.
