Bill died June 22, 2020, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was born April 9, 1930, in Driggs, Idaho. Bill graduated from Boise H.S. in 1948 and spent four years in the Navy (Seabees) during the Korean War. He jumped at McCall 1953-55. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 1957 with a degree in Business Administration, he spent the next 42 years in agri-business, homebuilding construction and real estate. Obe served two terms in the Idaho State Senate in the early 1980s.
