Wayne, 55, died March 1985 in Driggs, Idaho, in a car accident. He was born November 13, 1929 in Decorah, Iowa. Wayne graduated from Pocatello H.S. and attended Idaho State University for a year. He was in the Navy for four years during the Korean War. Wayne received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Forestry from the University of Idaho and worked for the Forest Service in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. He jumped at McCall 1956-57.
