Carl "Andy" Andrew Johnson was born on November 30, 1946, at Emmitt, Idaho. He died on February 23, 1968, in Moscow, Idaho, at the age of 21, and was buried in Emmett, Idaho. Death is listed as parachute accident near Neal Stadium, University of Idaho. Andy jumped at Idaho City during the 1967 season.
