Obituary
Dave died in an auto accident sometime after 1963. He was born September 10, 1927 and graduated from Fullerton High School (California) in June 1945. Dave was in the 82nd Airborne 1946-47 and was from San Francisco at that time. He attended the University of Montana and the University of New Mexico. Dave jumped at Missoula 1947-50. Dave was an experienced sky-diver and stunt man. He was said to try anything from wing walking to dangerous late openings. One time he and Starr Jenkins (CJ-48) parachuted into the Grand Canyon and floated out on a rubber raft. Dave was technical director for the old TV series "Ripcord."
