Obituary

Jack, 71, died from cancer April 1, 2014, in Ormond Beach, Florida. He was born February 18, 1943, in Kingman, Arizona, and moved to Alaska in 1959 where he met his wife and raise two children. Jack had a 29-year career in wildland fire with the BLM. In the 80s, Jack launched a business called Arctic Aquatic Pararescue. His leadership and training methods extended from many Alaska fire departments to other countries. Jack jumped at Anchorage 1963-71.
