Obituary
Buck, 57, died February 21, 1996 of pneumonia. He was born March 28, 1938, in Gallup, N.M. At the age of 5, he moved to Omak with his family, where he graduated. He was an Eagle Scout. He attended Wenatchee Valley College and Central Washington University. He served in the U.S. Army 1961-1963, including Korea. Buck later became a fire control officer with the U.S. Forest Service retiring in 1992. He jumped at North Cascades 1956,58,59,61,63-67
