Allan, 54, died March 11, 1999 in his home in Bountiful, UT. Allan was born December 8, 1944, in Logan, Utah. He married Judy Rydalch on November 30, 1969. He graduated from Ogden High School and Utah State University and went on to have a successful career at First Security Bank and later at the Utah State Retirement Fund. Allan jumped at McCall in 1964/65.
