Obituary
Paul was born on July 11, 1936, in Schenectady, New York. He married Grace Marguerite Torgerson on December 30, 1966, in Polson, Montana. He then married Verna Fay Taylor on October 7, 1978, in Reno, Nevada. He died of cancer January 15, 1989, at the age of 52, in Boise, Idaho. Paul served in the Marine Corps 1954-57 and jumped at NCSB 1960-62. He earned his bachelor's in Forestry from the University of Montana and began his career with the BLM in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. In 1976, he transferred to Boise where he worked as an appraiser.
