Stuart, 52, died December 24, 2007, at his home in Columbia Falls, Montana. He was born Sept. 17, 1955, in Livingston and raised in Yellowstone National Park. He was the owner of Nuss Excavating and had worked for the National Park Service for over 20 years. His last NPS assignment was at Glacier N.P., where he was the park's roads supervisor. Stuart jumped at Missoula 1979-80 and West Yellowstone 1981-83.
