Abstract
This document applied to Crypt D-4 in Section B of the Spokane Community Mausoleum Addition of the Fairmount Cemetery. The Inland Mausoleum Company was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Mary McDevitt.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
The above crypt conveyed shall be used only for the interment of the dead of the Caucasian race.
