Abstract
This document applied to lots 5 of block 53 in the Resurvey of Audubon Park. E. L. McInturff was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Mary McGrath.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
