Abstract
This document applied to lots 2 of block 50 in the Resurvey of Audubon Park. Old National Bank and Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Carrie Lawrence.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
