Abstract
This document applied to lot 6 of block 46 and lot 6 of block 53 in the Resurvey of Audubon Park. H. O. Shumacher was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Carrie Lawrence.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
