Abstract
This document applied to lot 11 of block 52 in the First Addition to the resurvey of Audubon Park and the Resurvey of Audubon Park. Old National Bank and Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Mary Spragg.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
