Abstract
This document applied to lots 7, 8, and 9 on block 15 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Old National Bank and Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and Henry Smith the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
