Abstract
This document applied to lot 8 on block A of the East Audubon Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Josephine Covert was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
