Abstract
This document applied to lot 3 of block 17 in East Audubon Park. The Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Luella Hodgins.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
