Abstract
This document applied to 626 lots of the Glenwood Park First Addition in the City of Spokane. Fairmount Homes, Inc., et. al. were the grantors when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No persons of any race, other than the white race, shall use or occupy any building upon these premises, except as a domestic servant domiciled with owner or tenant.
