Abstract
This document applied to lot 11 block 1 of Clark's Hill Crest Homes. Alvin E. Clark was the grantor and Harold T. Chesbrough was the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the white race shall use or occupy any building upon this premises except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a different race domiciled with owner or tenant.
