Abstract
This document applied to 39 lots of High Drive First Addition in Spokane, Washington. William Cowles Jr was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15 1980.
