Abstract
This document applied to lot 6 of block 2 of Southside Cable Addition in Spokane Falls, Washington. Henry Whiteleather was the grantor when the deed was filed and James Cole the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
