Abstract
This document applied to lot 5 block 14 of the King Addition in Spokane, Washington. Ray Larson was the grantor and Alger Petitjean the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
Provisions contained in deed from Gerhard E. Brede and Emma H. Brede pertaining to race and nationality restrictions.
