Abstract
This document applied to tracts 1-4, tract 17, excepting the E1/2 and excepting the East 50 feet of the W1/2, and the W1/2 of tract 18of the First Addition to Marshall Ten Acre Tracts in Spokane County. H. P. Wall et al. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part of thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant..
