Abstract
This document applied to 168 lots of Western First and Janson Addition in Spokane, Washington. Western Builders Inc. & Alberta Homes Inc was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part of thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
