Abstract
This document applied for West 100ft of the East 450ft of the North 175ft of Tract 129 in Opportunity, Washington. Alva Bettis was the grantor and Bernard Erickson was the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
