Abstract
This document applied for East 160 feet of the North 365 feet of Tract 185 of Opportunity, except the east 20 feet thereof used for McDonald Road, Also the E1/2 of said Tract 185, Except the north 365 feet and the east 20 feet used for McDonald road, Also the east 10 feet of the W1/2, except the north 365 feet of said tract 185.. of Tracts 185 in Opportunity, Washington. J. W. Moss was the grantor and Orie Wright was the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
