Abstract
This document applied to lot 27 of block 1 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane County. L. E. Blumer was the grantor when the deed was filed and Sanson Homes Inc. the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
