Abstract
This document applied to lot 27 block 1 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane, Washington. Neil MacDougall was the grantor and M&H Construction Company, Inc. the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
