Abstract
This document applied to 270 lots in the Glenwood Park First Addition in Spokane, Washington. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada & Others was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
