Abstract
This document applied to lot 8 on block 1 of Shult's Subdivision in Opportunity, Washington. Harold Shults was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
