Abstract
This document applied to 256 lots of Mount Pleasant Addition and First Glenwood Park Addition in Spokane County. Western Mortgage Company & Others was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
