Abstract
This document applied to lot 14 block 1 of Booth's Subdivision Tract 49 in Spokane County. Lee Booth was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
