Abstract
This document applied to lot 13 and 14 of block 3 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane County. Buell Throop was the grantor when the deed was filed and Morris Pierson the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
