Abstract
This document applied to lot 1 of block 1 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane County. M&H Construction Company, Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed and Phillip Smithmeyer the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
