Abstract
This document applied all lots of Rego's Subdivision in Opportunity. Nicholas Rego was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race, other than the white race, shall use or occupy any building upon these premises, except as a domestic servant domiciled with an owner or tenant.
