Abstract
This document applied to West 100ft of the East 350ft of the North 175ft of tract 129 in Opportunity, Washington. William Cane was the grantor when the deed was filed and Benjamin Beck the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race, other than the white race, shall use or occupy any building upon these premises, except as a domestic servant domiciled with the owner or tenant.
