Abstract
This document applied to the subdivision of lots 1 and 2 on block 65 in Opportunity. Allen Janosky was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any other race than the white race shall use or occupy the building upon these premises, except this covenant shall not prevent occupancy of a domestic servant of a different race domiciled with the owner or tenant.
