Abstract
This document applied to lot 7 of Rollison's Plat in Kennewick, Washington. Oscar P. Rollison and Ruth S. Rollison were the grantors when the deed was filed and Leslie Dean and Eldrie Adis Dean the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions, and covenants contained in the dedication...Vol. 3, page 44.
