Abstract
This document applied to lots 19,20,21 of Rollison's Plat in Kennewick, Washington. Oscar P. Rollison and Ruth Rollison were the grantors when the deed was filed and Carroll E. Shultz and Mary E. Schultz the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Said premises shall not be used or occupied except for residence purposes nor by any person or persons other than the Caucasian race.
