Abstract
This document applied to lots 46,47,48 of Lumber Addition in Kennewick, Washington. G. W. Giard and Patricia C. Giard were the grantors when the deed was filed and Robert L. Rowell the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to reservations, restrictions, conditions and covenants...Vol. 3, page 89.
